SUBSTANCE: construction of a fish trap, intended for recreational fishing on rivers or lakes. The device includes a permeable cylindrical body having a conical opening. Floats, a weight lead and an anchor mounted on a cord are attached to the body. To change the angle of inclination of the body in the vertical plane, the attachments of the floats and weight leads are made with the possibility of moving along the body, and to change the depth of its immersion, the cords for the floats and weight leads attachment are regulated by length. The conical hole is made in the form of a rhombus with the ratio of the vertical diagonal to the horizontal as 2:1.
