SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, surgery. An accessory dysplastic vessel in an incomplete duplex kidney are detected. An artery is clamped, and an ischemic segment is detected along an anterior or posterior surface of an upper segment of the duplex kidney. That is only followed by a planar resection of the ischemic segment of a renal parenchyma towards an apex of the segment with preserving the pyelocaliceal system and the normal renal parenchyma on the periphery of a border line.
EFFECT: method enables performing the surgical management of nephrogenic arterial hypertension accompanying the incomplete duplex kidney, preserving a considerable part of the intact parenchyma and the pyelocaliceal system of the upper part of the duplex kidney.
