SUBSTANCE: under force impact of a shoe stud (not shown on the drawings) on the upper parts 16, 17 of plates 12 and 13, due to the presence of bevels on them, the locking mechanism 9 is moved and a shoe stud is deepened into the groove of the locking mechanism, due to the spring 10 the locking mechanism 9 is returned to its initial position, and the shoe is guaranteedly engaged. To release the shoe, the switch 8 of the linear motion to control the states of the open-close locking mechanism 9 is shifted towards the tail part of the base 1, the boot is freely disengaged.
EFFECT: expanding the functional capabilities of the device by providing stable predetermined characteristics of efforts in opening, as well as simplification of assembly.
