FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of ski fasteners for boots of NNN and SNS systems, can be used in ski fastening head, and also can be used for installation on ski rollers. Fixing mechanism with overlapping groove in which shoe pin is in working condition is made in form of movable plate 1 with bent under 90° front section 2. Rear part 3 of fixing mechanism is bent towards front part 2 under 90° with subsequent bending of part 4 of this section under 90° from front part 2. Bent part 4 of the section along the edges is equipped with slopes 5 and 6 for the pin of the shoe (the stud of the boot is not shown in the drawings). In flattened part 7 of the fixing mechanism there is through hole 8 facilitating the fixing mechanism with simultaneous passage of the fastening element to the ski (the ski is not shown in the drawings). In the head part of the ski attachment there is a spring contacting with the outer surface of end section 2 – in this case, when the spring acts on element 2, the slot in which the shoe pin is located is closed by element 4. To open groove, in which shoe pin is located, force is applied to element 2 inner side. In working condition pin of shoe contacts with element 4 along its entire length, providing larger area of contact, excluding premature wear of pin of shoe.
EFFECT: reduced wear of shoe pin.
