FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to servicing and repair of complex technical hardware including weapons and military equipment. Claimed process consists in cleaning and elimination obvious defects of said replaceable structural elements at appropriate workstation. ID data of replaceable elements are defined and application the barcode with said ID data on said elements. Or RFI is installed to load RF ID data on replaceable data. Electronic picture and design of said elements are compared, defects are revealed and elements are placed in drying-vent device. Replaceable element is connected via plug-in adapter to computer-aided control-and-diagnostics workstation. Computer-aided repair system arranged in mobile repair-and-diagnostics stationary repair unit includes defects elimination workstation with control-and-diagnostics workstation connected to local computation network and drying vent device.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of repair.
