FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maintenance and repair of complex technical systems. Method of automated repair involves using a set of technological workstations (TWS) located in the room of repair apparatus (RA) for performing operations of the technological process of repairing replaceable elements (RE) of radio electronic equipment (REE). Each TWS is provided with an automated workstation (AWS) equipped with REE RE identification data readers, a communication headset for interactive interaction of the operator and the AWS using a voice interface and a manipulator for manual interaction of the operator and the AWS. All AWS are integrated into a local area network (LAN), which is connected to a central computer (CC) of the repair body. AWS in the REE RE performance monitoring TWS is an automated monitoring and diagnostic system (AMDS). Connection of different types of REE RE to AMDS is carried out using replaceable adapter devices. Control of all operations of RE repair is carried out using sets of interactive electronic documentation of control, diagnostics and repair (IED CDR) of REE RE, which are entered into AMDS knowledge base before the beginning of works. REE RE to be repaired is initially supplied to TWS 1, where it is cleaned, identified, corrected and recorded in the RA database.
EFFECT: broader functional and technological capabilities of automated repair elements (RA), in which repair of RE of REE from CTS, including weapons and military equipment, is performed.
