FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for maintenance and repair of CHS. Method of repair of CHS including weapons and equipment systems using mobile repair-and-diagnostics complex (RDC) 5 with ACS and appropriate resources (ACS PR) consists in revealing faulty faulty plug-in components, replacing them by sound ones from set of space parts, controlling conditions of CHS with the help of remote terminal, to resume serviceability of CHS. Withdrawn CHS faulty components are transferred to RDC for inspection, flaw detection and repair. Search and identification of applicable tools, spare parts, and consumables, and their transfer over RDC workstations are performed on the basis of interaction of RF identifiers mounted at every piece of components, tools, sets of spare parts, and RF identification data readout devices included in every mobile repair shop. Assembly CHS and its components is carried out proceeding from visualisation of procedures in reverse order using paced electronic data in the form of digital image acquisition obtained in assembly of CHS during its production. Repaired and checked CHS with recovered moisture protection and marking is transferred to set of space parts of operated CHS.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of repair and control.
