FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: this method comprises bleed of analyzed gas sample from sealed container and measurement of the set of characteristics of gas components such as concentration, temperature and pressure. Note here that all electromechanical instruments and sealed container are placed in climate chamber. Sealed container with said instruments is connected to the system of preset number of chromatographs for selective determination of concentration of analyzed gas components in sealed container provided with temperature and pressure transducers. Then, said gas sample is fed via air line communicating said sealed container with said systems of chromatographs. Determination of aforesaid parameters is performed at simulation of storage conditions of objects by setting of stepwise mode of positive temperatures at three levels maintained in climate chamber complying with object storage conditions and in accelerated mode with respect to actual storage time and to preset pressure. Then, readings of chromatographs, pressure and temperature transducers are recorded in on-line mode via preset time intervals. With allowance for obtained data are plots gas component concentration vs temperature and time at preset gas pressure in sealed container. Gas concentration variations under actual storage conditions are predicted proceeding from the character of said graphical plots unless stable (equilibrium) concentration magnitudes are obtained at every temperature level. Said magnitudes are compared with available base of nominal concentrations of components. Portion of taken sample not involved in analysis is returned via outlet air line to sealed container.
EFFECT: real-time valid and precise definition of aforesaid parameters and possibility to predict the variation in time.
