METHOD OF MONITORING AND PREDICTING THE STATE OF ELECTROMECHANICAL DEVICES IN THE MULTICOMPONENT GASEOUS MEDIUM OF THE SEALED CONTAINERS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N30/00

Abstract RU 2663310 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technology for studying the parameters of multicomponent gaseous media and the state of the objects, which are stored in these gas media that are a source of dangerous gaseous products, and can be used in order to predict the change and assessment of the state of objects under the influence of these media. Claimed method of monitoring and forecasting the state of electromechanical devices in the multicomponent gaseous medium of sealed containers includes sampling of the analyzed multi-component gaseous medium from a sealed container with electromechanical devices, determination of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the multicomponent gaseous medium being analyzed by means of the chromatographic method, comparison of the recorded qualitative and quantitative composition of the gaseous medium with the available database of critical concentrations of the gaseous medium components. Electromechanical devices that produce gaseous products are placed in the sealed container, which is placed into the protective container, each of which is provided with an independent valve for taking gas samples, then, the samples of the analyzed multicomponent gaseous medium are sampled at predetermined intervals of time through the mentioned independent valves in the sealed and protective containers. Chromatographic determination of the change in concentration of hazardous components is carried out by means of sequentially introducing the selected gas samples into the column of each of the chromatographs, which is included in the system of chromatographs, each of which is equipped with the appropriate detectors and separation columns, which selectively determine the individual concentration of the hazardous component, and the assessment of the change in the state of electromechanical devices that produce gaseous products is carried out on the basis of the recorded chromatographic concentration analysis, these concentrations are compared with the existing database (DB) of critical concentrations of hazardous components and of the corresponding types of efficiency loss of electromechanical devices. At the same time, if the current value of concentrations of hazardous components reaches critical values, then the damage to electromechanical devices corresponding to these critical values is ascertained, if the current value of concentrations of hazardous components is below the critical values, the stability of the operation of electromechanical devices is ascertained.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of assessing the degree of safety of the gaseous medium state by means of determining the changes in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the analyzed multicomponent gaseous medium in the sealed container with electromechanical devices and establishing the connection of these changes with deviations from the nominal state of electromechanical devices or the risk of an emergency or pre-emergency situation in the sealed containers.
