FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: unlike the existing method of analysing a multicomponent gaseous medium of sealed containers with electronic devices, which includes measuring parameters of the multicomponent gaseous medium to obtain an analogue measurement signal from sensors mounted in the measurement cell of a gas analyser, with conversion of said signal into a digital signal, the present method comprises measuring parameters of the multicomponent gaseous medium in sealed containers automatically discretely according to a program installed in the gas analyser to obtain an analogue measurement signal by recording readings and selective and non-selective sensors which measure content of gaseous components, temperature, moisture content and pressure of the multicomponent gaseous medium using the measurement cell of the gas analyser, directly linked to the inner volume of the container; the obtained analogue measurement signal is then converted into a digital signal, which is transmitted to a portable storage device, and recording into said storage device results of the dynamic measurements performed. An apparatus for carrying out the method of analysing a multicomponent gaseous medium of sealed containers with electronic devices, which comprises a gas analyser with a measurement cell which is equipped with sensors which measure parameters of the analysed multicomponent gaseous medium of sealed containers; the apparatus further includes, at the point of interfacing the gas analyser with the analysed sealed container, an adapter which on side sits on the inlet connection of the gas analyser, and on the opposite part is connected to the check valve of the gas analyser of the sealed container to form a single sealed volume for direct diffusion exchange of the analysed multicomponent gaseous medium with the inner volume of the measurement cell of the gas analyser which is explosion-proof, small-sized and portable; the measurement cell of the gas analyser is equipped with selective and non-selective sensors for measuring content of components of the analysed gaseous medium, temperature, moisture content and pressure of said medium; the gas analyser can be connected to a memory stick as the portable storage device; all elements of the measurement system of the gas analyser, along with a computer and the memory stick, make up a measurement-analytical automated system.

EFFECT: enabling simultaneous and direct measurement of composition, temperature, moisture content and pressure of a multicomponent gaseous medium of sealed containers with electronic devices, and enabling comparison of current parameters of said medium with critical values that are allowable structures of said type and investigating laws of time variation of said parameters.
