FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed industry and grain processing and can be used for separation of loose products. Proposed separator consists of intake device, platform and drive assembly, target product and impurities collectors. Sorting table is separated into three zones and has zigzag bumper-guide deflecting webs secured perpendicular to table surface. Said webs are composed of walls front sheet material making the channels between said zigzag bumper-guide deflecting webs. Walls of said webs are inclined to sorting table in mid and top zones while in bottom zone they are perpendicular thereto. Sorting table surface in mid zone is composed of the screen while in top zone it is smooth. Separation channel width is smaller in bottom zone and larger in top zone. Drive assembly is composed of supports to vary sorting table inclination to horizontal and drive with con rods engaged via platform and support with sorting table to allow its reciprocation. Trough with wavy surface is additionally arranged in mid zone above sorting table surface and composed by screen with meshes to separate the target component of fine impurities from coarse components. Said zigzag bumper-guide deflecting webs are secured perpendicular to trough surface to make the channels there between. Trough is installed above sorting table screen surface at the angle larger than that of fine impurities sliding friction and connected to fine impurities collector.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
