SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a vibration machine for cutting and grinding the surface of loose products, consisting of a receiving device, a platform, supports and drive mechanism, collectors for processed products and litter. Sorting of loose products is carried out on table for cutting and grinding, which consists of frame, metal base and abrasive cloth applied to table. Metal base has holes, size of which is from 0.1 to 0.8 of minimum linear size of treated loose products, and cutting edge of holes is part of metal base, is pointed in direction towards bulk particles to particles movement and rises above grinding surface to height to 0.4 of minimum linear size of treated loose products.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of the product processing process.
