SUBSTANCE: device includes two coaxially installed pipes connected among themselves by means of a threaded connection, a piston installed in an internal pipe, a ring stopper and the sealing bushing placed between ring stoppers. The ring stopper is made on the external pipe. The sealing bushing implemented as a sleeve wound on an external pipe, the sleeve is made from the material, permeable for liquid, and filled with powder which at interaction with liquid forms the hardening mix adhered to rock. The end of the external pipe from the sealing bushing side is implemented in the form of a collet forming by ends of blades one of the named ring stopper. The piston is implemented in the form of the screw connected by a threaded connection with the cap nut screwed on the free end of the internal pipe.

EFFECT: decrease of complexity of the device operation.
