FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and may be used for formation of continuous cracks of required sizes and forms in rock masses. Device includes hollow cylindrical body with radial holes. Body ends are provided with hoses, the body is covered with elastic sleeve with radial holes. Radial holes on the body and elastic sleeve do not coincide. On lower hose end free from the body there installed is a plug. Hoses and the body with elastic sleeve on it are arranged in sleeve string with butts chamfered inwards. Sleeves string is covered with elastic cover provided with fluid-tight hose and filled with free-flowing matter hardening upon fluid contact. Sleeves with chamfers are made of smaller length than distance between hoses. The matter filling the hose expands upon hardening.

EFFECT: providing possibility of rocks oriented cutting in deep wells on sections prone to high stresses impact causing well walls destruction without preliminary formation of initiating cavities.
