METHOD OF INSTALLATION OF GRID FOR MINE WALLING AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E21D11/15 E21D19/06 

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely to walling of underground mines. The device for grid installation contains bars for pressing of the grid to the mine arching. Each bar has holes for anchors, on one end of each bar the element for suspension to a similar bar, and on another end - the element for interaction with the element for suspension of another bar are provisioned. The method of grid installation for mine walling by means of the offered device consisting in laying of the grid on the mine arching by means of bars placed along the mine, and in fixing of bars to the arching by means of anchors. When grid is laid its section is pressed by means of parallel bars, after fixing of bars to the arching by means of anchors the ends of the following bars are suspended on the ends of the previous bars, the bars are lifted by means of levers, the following transverse section of the grid is pressed by them to the arch and the bars are fixed to the arching by means of anchors.

EFFECT: increase of rigidity of the system of bars as far as bars being rigidity elements, form a continuous line along the mine roof and each bar is fixed not only anchors, but also by elements for suspension of other bars.
