FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular to the technology and method of controlling content of hazardous gases and fires in the mined space of coal mines, and can be used for prevention of emergencies and accidents in mine workings. Disclosed is a method for monitoring of mined space, which consists in the fact that in free accessible space of mine working, remote from working face, receiving device 2 containing decoder and warning device is installed. During extraction of mineral by mechanized cleaning complex 13 into at least one driving along mining face on soil of worked-out area between drifts there are successively installed probes 1, each of which includes installed inside the housing at least one gas sensor and / or at least one temperature sensor, controller and power supply. Sequentially, as probes 1 are installed, and as probe moves, each probe 1 is connected to receiving device 2 by means of wire communication line 3. In case of mine working collapse with the help of at least one gas sensor and / or at least one temperature sensor of each lapped probe 1, respectively, gas and / or temperature concentration is measured in the place of damping of each probe 1 and from each lapped probe 1, periodically sending to receiving device 2 signal containing information on gas concentration and / or temperature in area of location of corresponding lapped probe 1, note here that hazardous gas concentration and / or presence or absence of ignition in zone of location of corresponding lapped probe 1 is informed by receiving device warning device 2.
EFFECT: enabling timely information on presence of hazardous concentrations of gases in the mined space and / or on presence / absence of self-ignition sources in the mined space, allowing to objectively assess danger / safety of mining operations and to take timely measures to prevent accidents.
