FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: three-layered reinforced-concrete panel includes a heat-insulating layer, external and internal reinforced-concrete layers connected to each other with stiff braces and made in the form of reinforced concrete keys passing through the heat-insulating layer, and reinforced concrete ribs arranged along the perimeter of the panel; in addition, it is provided with at least two reinforced concrete keys that are arranged on opposite end faces of the panel, and the reinforced concrete ribs in the cross-section parallel to panel layers have the surface area determined from the ration of panel thickness, thickness of its middle layer, heat conductivity coefficients of rib materials, panel layers, reinforcement bars and warmth-keeping material, as well as the required resistance of heat transfer; with that, heat conductivity coefficient of material of the reinforced concrete keys passing through the heat-insulating layer exceeds by 2.5-3 times the heat conductivity coefficient of material of the reinforced concrete keys arranged on opposite end faces of the panel. The heat-insulating layer is made from thin-fibre material and located in the form of twisted bundles longitudinally elongated throughout the panel length.
EFFECT: providing energy-saving operating conditions of industrial buildings and structures, especially under conditions of negative ambient air temperatures.
