FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: said panel is supported due to resonant bursts of seismic waves in a heat-insulating layer made of fine fiber material, which is arranged in the form of twisted bundles longitudinally extended by the panel length. The bundles of fine fiber material in pairs in the amount of at least four are arranged in the form of sinusoids longitudinally extended by the panel length, the projections and recesses of which, when aligned, are the concentrators of moving seismic vibrations; in addition, the tangent of the first twisted bundle of each pair has the clockwise direction, and the helical line tangent of the second twisted bundle of this pair has the direction opposite the clockwise motion. The areas of the greatest convergence of twisted bundles arranged in pairs form the nodes that contribute to the formation of standing waves.
EFFECT: supporting the specified reliable operation of a three-layer resource-saving reinforced concrete panel during earthquakes.
