Technical result to ensure comfortable conditions inside the building or structure while maintaining the soundproofing parameters of the window is achieved by the fact that the soundproofing window includes frame, outer and inner transoms, glass installed by means of elastic pads on the outer transom, double-glazed window filled with a clear liquid and installed by means of other pads on the inner transom, soundproofing material, located on the window frame inner surface, and on the frame inner surface in the upper part and adjacent surfaces of the outer and inner transoms transverse helical grooves are made with a profile in the form of “dovetail”, at that, the transverse helical grooves curvature on the inner surface in the frame upper part has the generatrix movement positive direction, and the transverse helical grooves curvature on the adjacent to the frame outer and inner transoms has the generatrix movement negative direction, wherein, the helical grooves in the form of “dovetail” inner surface is covered with a film of bimetal, at that the bimetal from the frame side material thermal conductivity coefficient value, external and internal transoms in 2.0–2.5 times higher than the bimetal material from the air layers side thermal conductivity coefficient value, in addition, elastic gaskets on the outer transom for the glass installation are connected at the micro level with the fine-fibrous basalt material made in the form of twisted beams, elongated along the glazing contour.

EFFECT: bimetal from the frame side material thermal conductivity coefficient value, external and internal transoms exceeds the bimetal material from the air layers side thermal conductivity coefficient value.
