FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to modular cabinet system for current converter equipped with phase module (1, 3, 5) having one top and one bottom gate (T1, … T6) of the current converter. Each gate (T1, … T6) of current converter has cells (2) of current converter and one branch chock (LT1, … LT6), which are connected in series. According to the invention modular system of cabinets for current converter includes the first valve cabinet (24), the second valve cabinet (26) and choke cabinet (48). Each valve cabinet (24, 26) contains several cells (46) placed at distance from each other and several cells placed close to each other of valve tiers (V1, … V6). The valve cabinet (48) has several phase tiers (P1, P2, P3) placed over each other at some distance. Each two tires (V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6) of valves in the valve cabinet (24, 26) are connected electrically by conductive connection with one phase tier (P1, P2, P3) of choke cabinet (48), which are placed close to each other.
EFFECT: obtained system of cabinets for current converter, which may be adapted individually to different output voltage values of current converter.
