SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining polymer, in which hydroxygroup is bound to end of homopolymer of non-conjugated olefin or homopolymer of conjugated diene compound or copolymer of conjugated diene compound and non-conjugated olefin, includes first reaction stage of interaction of hydrocarbon, which contains one of non-conjugated olefin and conjugated diene compound, with alumino-organic compound with application of catalyst, containing compound of rare earth element, second reaction stage of interaction of first reagent, obtained at first reaction stage, with oxygen and third reaction stage of interaction of second reagent, obtained at second reaction stage, with one of water and alcohol.
