FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to temperature control of natural gas for a fuel supply line of a gas-turbine engine, which involves stages at which percentage content of natural gas consisting of methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), propane (C3H8), butane (C4H10), carbon dioxide (CO2) is measured by means of an infrared analysis, percentage content of nitrogen (N2) is calculated as addition to 100% of the measured percentage content of methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), propane (C3H8), butane (C4H10), carbon dioxide (CO2), an index meaning energy content of natural gas is calculated, and natural gas temperature is controlled based on the above index.
EFFECT: invention allows improving efficiency and reliability of a thermal power plant.
