FIELD: gas and oil industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas and oil industries, namely to the processes of obtaining target fractions of hydrocarbons from a mixture of hydrocarbon gases. The method of separating propane-butane and ethane fractions from natural gas consists of successively occurring processes of gas compression in the main compressor, gas cooling in an air-cooling unit, separation of propane-butane and ethane fractions from gas in a low-temperature condensation unit, which includes processes gas cooling in heat exchangers, separation of condensed condensate from gas, gas expansion in the turbine of the main turboexpander or in a throttle, treatment of cooled gas and / or condensate separated from gas in a distillation column, gas heating in heat exchangers, while after gas compression in the main compressor, compressed gas with a temperature of at least 100°C is sent to the turbine of an additional turboexpander. After gas compression in the main compressor, the gas is additionally heated. Gas heating is carried out due to heat recovery of exhaust gases from the gas turbine drive of the main compressor.
EFFECT: increased degree of extraction of propane-butane and ethane fractions from natural gas.
