FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two permanent magnets. First two opposite poles of the latter are separated by air gaps. The other two opposite poles are connected by C-like magnetic conductor. Inductor is wound on said conductor and connected to first e.m.f. induction registrator. Heat chamber connected with current source is arranged in said air gap. Rod to support tested material is fitted through chamber case lateral hole. Said rod is secured at motor shaft to revolve tested material ay constant angular speed in vertical plane relative to magnetic filed lines of permanent magnets connecting their poles. Besides, said heat chamber houses measuring junction of thermocouple connected to second e.m.f. registrator.
