FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: surface of a combined rotor along the perimeter of the magnetic core is coated with a thin layer of a composite with the thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm, including a magnetic semiconductor, its structure contains nano- or microcrocrystals located in a dielectric. The magnetic semiconductor is a feroimagnetic material with the width of the energy gap from 0.1 to 4 eV, and the width of the energy gap of the dielectric exceeds 3 eV. The dielectric operates as a paramagnet during the rotor operation upon the supply of the in-phase varying high frequency current to the stator of at least 10 kHz. To the combined rotor the variable magnetic field is inductively applied, the field is generated in the stator windings in the form of a step approximated sinusoid of current and voltage. The magnetic field, in which the combined rotor rotates, is produced by means of a frequency converter (inverter), with the creation on the combined rotor of the pulse variable magnetic field by the high frequency inversion (switching) of the stator voltage in-phase varying in three phases.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
