FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: tight item is made out of carbon-silicon carbide material (CSCM), which components have similar CLTE. In accordance with described technical solution it is made through full thickness or at least at external or internal surface out of CSCM based on frame of fabric piercing or volume-woven structure with orientation of fabric layers parallel to the work surface of the item at content of piercing or dressing threads 4-8 vol %; at that the material has open porosity 0.1% maximum. The piercing or dressing threads of the frame preferably has no through passage from the internal surface to the external surface of the item. From the side of the internal and/or external surface of the item the tight coating can be applied out of silicon carbide with CLTE close to CLTE of CSCM and its components.

EFFECT: increased operation reliability of the item under severe operation conditions as per pressure and oxidising potential of the contacting with it environment.
