FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to study of the water reservoir ecological state. The method includes determination of average month water temperature, precipitation level, and level of air humidity. Risk index of the blue-green algae pullulation in the water reservoir is calculated as per the mathematical relation: -0,896+0,709×A-1.195×B+0.175×C. At that A is average water temperature in the water reservoir (in degrees of Centigrade), B is level of precipitation (mm), C is air humidity (%). When K is from 0 to 3 the risk of the blue-green algae pullulation in the water reservoir is estimated as "low", at K from 3 to 7 the blue-green algae pullulation in the water reservoir is estimated as "medium", at K above 7 the risk of the blue-green algae pullulation in the water reservoir is estimated as "high".
EFFECT: invention ensures prompt estimation of the risk of the blue-green algae pullulation in the water reservoir.
