FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for lytholysis of uric acid concrements, salts and mixed urate-oxalate calculi in human urinary system. The method is implemented by kidney and urinary bladder irrigations with a weakly alkaline lytholytic solution containing one complexing agent; polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate (TWEEN 80), a non-ionic surfactant 0.2-0.3 wt %, piperazine 0.7-0.9 wt %, ampicillin 0.2-0.3 wt % are additionally introduced into the solution; the complexing agent represents potassium citrate 2.6-2.8 wt %; pH of the lytholytic solution makes 7.4-7,7; the irrigation procedures are conducted at a solution temperature of 36.8-37.2°C at a fixed lytholytic solution feed specified within the range of 1-4 ml/min.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the effectiveness of the lytholysis of uric acid concrements, salts and mixed urate-oxalate calculi that leads to reducing the length of treatment and side effects of lytholytic solutions.
