FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for combustion of powdered fuel comprises an air compression device, an air preparation device with an air preparation chamber, a device of plasma-chemical treatment of powdered fuel, including a plasmatron, and a combustion chamber, as well as pipelines that connect them. The air preparation device is equipped with an air separation device with the possibility of air separation by main components on a zeolyte filler made as capable of periodical heating of zeolyte, with one inlet pipeline, the first and second outlet pipelines, accordingly, for the first flow of air with increased content of oxygen and for the second flow of air with increased nitrogen content, the second outlet pipeline is connected with the pipeline of powdered fuel supply with the ignition chamber, where the device of plasma-chemical treatment of solid powdered fuel is installed, being made as annular, and is connected to the first outlet pipeline by means of an air sampling pipe with increased content of oxygen, located in the ignition chamber in the inner part of the annular device of plasma-chemical treatment of powdered fuel, the outlet cut of the pipe protrudes beyond the outlet cut of the plasmatron, so that during its operation its low-temperature plasma could not reach the outlet cut of the air sampling pipe (it may be produced by experimental or calculation method). The inner surface of the air preparation chamber is made as mirror, and the air preparation device is made in the form of a solid-state laser with emission of wave length 762±0.5 and/or 1268±0.5 nm, the outlet of which is directed at the angle to the mirror surface of the air preparation chamber, less than angle of complete reflection from the mirror surface of the air preparation chamber, with the possibility to produce at least a one-turn helical broken line with a laser beam, the pitch of which between adjacent turns is less than the linear dimension of the outlet window of the solid state laser measured along the axis of the air preparation chamber. The air preparation chamber is connected to the combustion chamber via a perforated partition arranged coaxially to the mirror surface and having alternate perforation ratio, i.e. ratio of the area of partition holes to the total area of the partition, accordingly, lower in the mixture afterburning area and higher in the dissolution area.
EFFECT: reduced emissions of toxic substances and increased stability of operation of a device for combustion of powdered fuel.
