FIELD: cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to livestock sector, in particular to livestock, hunting, forest and subsidiary farms, and can be used for identification and compliance with animal health rules. Method for radio-frequency identification of large and small cattle is characterized by using a capsule placed under animal skin, in which a temperature sensor is placed. Piezocrystal is placed in capsule with applied on its surface aluminium interdigital transducer of surface acoustic waves, internal structure of which corresponds to identification code of animal, sensitive element, which is used as temperature sensor, and set of reflectors. Operators are equipped with a reader, in which harmonic oscillation of high frequency is formed, amplified by power, directed to irradiate animal in location of capsule, in which harmonic oscillation of high frequency is picked up, converted to acoustic wave, its propagation along piezoelectric crystal surface and back reflection. Reflected acoustic wave is converted into a phase-shift keyed signal, emitted in the air, trapped by the transceiver antenna of the reader, amplified by power, multiplied and phase-separated by two. Harmonic voltage is then selected and used as a reference voltage for synchronous detection of a complex signal with phase manipulation and for phase comparison with harmonic oscillation of the master oscillator. Low-frequency voltage proportional to the identification code of the animal and a phase difference proportional to temperature of the animal are picked up and recorded. Reader 1 comprises master oscillator 2, power amplifier 3, duplexer 4, directional transceiving antenna 5, high-frequency amplifier 6, phase doubler 7, phase divider 8, narrow-band filter 9, phase detector 10, phase meter 11 and registration unit 12. Capsule contains piezocrystal 13, microstrip transceiving antenna 14, electrodes 15, buses 16 and 17, sensitive element - temperature sensor 18 and set of reflectors 19.
EFFECT: invention provides high reliability of radio-frequency identification of large and small cattle.
