FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and to visualisation of surgical trajectory. Stages of information reception in form of three-dimensional image of the area to be subjected to surgery, and combination of received information in form of three-dimensional image with data from digitised atlas take place. It results in combined map of the area to be subjected to surgery. Combined map includes expected positions of anatomical structures in the area to be subjected to surgery. In addition, there are stages of reception of surgical trajectory for surgery, determination of positions of surgical trajectory crossing with anatomical structures and presentation of positions of crossings in coordinate system, superposed with surgical trajectory.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to supply surgeon with all information required in the course of operation in a clearer way.
