SYSTEM OF OBTAINING IMAGES WITH CARDIO- AND/OR RESPIRATORY SYNCHRONISATION AND METHOD OF 2-DIMENSIONAL VISUALISATION IN REAL TIME WITH ADDITIONAL VIRTUAL ANATOMICAL STRUCTURES DURING PROCEDURES OF INTERVENTIONAL ABLATION OR PACEMAKER INSTALLATION Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC A61B5/456 A61B6/03

Abstract RU 2529481 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of heart electrophysiology, in particular, to procedures of radiofrequency ablation and installation of pacemakers under visual control. System of image processing, functioning in working station, equipped with machine-readable carrier, is made with possibility of intra-operation obtaining and recording sequence of 2-dimensional photofluorograms from one and the same angle of projection and distance to object, recording phases of patient's cardiac and/or respiratory cycles, in the course of obtaining and recording 2-dimensional photofluorograms, selection of set of such 2-dimensional photofluorograms, which correspond to particular phase of patient's cardiac and/or respiratory cycles, by cardio- and/or respiratory synchronisation, formation of 2-dimensional reconstruction of anatomical structures of patient's cardiovascular system and/or heart chambers by combination of superposed subset of 2-dimensional positions of invasive instrument on 2-dimensional photofluorograms at different stages of directed movement and presentation of dynamically corrected version of 2-dimensional reconstruction of anatomical structures of patient's cardiovascular system and/or heart chambers on monitor screen or display.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of visualisation of 2-dimensionally reconstructed anatomical structures.
