SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, in particular to tools for sowing. The section of row processing comprises a tool part with a tillage part, and a biasing device of biasing the tool part to the ground. The biasing device comprises a connecting frame, a spring means, and a lever device. The biasing device is located between the first rest fixed relative to the transverse rod and the second rest movable relative to the transverse rod. The lever device is made with the ability to be connected between the transverse bar and a tool part and is located substantially in the direction of row processing section. The fixed rest is secured to the connecting frame. The movable rest is attached to the lever device which comprises an upper lever element and a lower lever element. The lever elements are made with the ability to move parallel to each other. The spring means comprises a torsion rod which main extension is disposed substantially parallel to the ground. The torsion rod is made with the ability to rotate about its longitudinal axis by the lever. The main torsion part of the rod comprises at least two substantially parallel parts.

EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at simplifying the design of the biasing device of the of row processing section.
