FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrument-making and can be used to produce fastening and adjustment devices. The device comprises a small optical guide with a dovetail profile, a rider base with the same profile, a rotary motion guide with a cylindrical working surface having a pivot, and a bearing sleeve. The device also includes a small guide with a dovetail profile and a rider base with the same profile, having a threaded opening, as well as a pivot screw with a thread at the end. The edge of the small guide and the grooves of the dovetail profile of the rider base are configured for parallel arrangement and installation of multiple small guides one over the other in a stack connected by a retention screw to allow adjustment of the height of the position of an optical element over the rider base, or for mutually perpendicular arrangement, and forming working areas at both sides of the rider base with cross installation of the small guide while allowing enlargement of said working areas when installing multiple guides. The pivot screw, threaded opening in the rider base and the sleeve at the geometric centre of the small guide are configured to form a cylindrical rotary guide to allow rotation of the small guide around a vertical axis at any angle when the pivot screw is loose.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device, wider range of adjustment.
