FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixers and may be used in other fields of construction. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Top and bottom vibrators are rigidly secured at the centre of mixing chamber top and bottom parts: top and bottom vibrators fitted in corrugated cases are excited by bottom, mid and top rank gears. Disk with cylindrical ledge is secured inside shell, at the centre of horizontal plane, to be fitted and secured over spring ID, spring being arranged inside the barrel to contract/release therein. Con-rod is rigidly secured to the barrel inner top centre and driven by top crank gear while pusher is secured to outer top, pusher other end being secured to inner top part of said metal corrugated shell. Said disc can excite vibrations from vibrator casing central part by four pushers with their top part symmetrically secured to disc bottom part and their bottom part articulated with crank mechanism con-rod moving swivel. Disk with cylindrical ledge is secured inside shell, at the centre of horizontal plane, to be fitted and secured over spring ID, spring being arranged inside the barrel to contract/release therein. Rod is rigidly secured to barrel inside. Pusher rigidly secured by it other end to inside to outer part centre. It makes the smallest crimp of top vibrator case. Four ledges are secured in symmetry to barrel outer cylindrical surfaces. Cases of vibrators are composed of metallic corrugated shells that form truncated circles in vertical plane section over crimp peaks points. Spring is secured at the centre between top and bottom vibrators over diameter of recesses formed by the smallest crimps of corrugated shells of said vibrators.
EFFECT: intensified mixing owing to ruled out dead zones and extra vibration effects.
