FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports, a rotor with blades. In the top and bottom parts of the mixing chamber, two vibrators are set in the centre and rigidly fixed: the lower and upper vibrators made in corrugated casings and generating vibrations by lower, central and upper crank mechanisms, and providing for the vibration field superimposition effect in the mixing chamber centre from the lower and the upper vibrators respectively. A disk is rigidly fixed inside the casing of the lower vibrator in the centre in the horizontal plane, it is fitted with a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed in a cup. A connecting rod driven by the central crank mechanism is rigidly attached to the centre of the disk's upper inner part, and a pusher is attached to the centre of the upper outer part, the pusher is rigidly coupled by the other end with the inner upper part of the lower vibrator casing. The lower vibrator disk provides for the possibility of generating vibrations of the central part of the lower vibrator casing with the help of four pushers which by their upper part are symmetrically attached to the lower part of the disk and by the lower part are coupled in a movable pivot unit of the connecting rod of the lower crank mechanism. Inside the upper vibrator casing a disk with a guide post is set in the centre in the horizontal plane and is rigidly fixed, the disk is fitted by a cylindrical protrusion able of being inserted and fastened along the inner diameter of a spring installed in a cup, a rod is rigidly attached to the centre of the cup's inner part, and a pusher is attached to the centre of the outer part, the pusher is rigidly coupled by its other end with the inner part forming the smallest corrugation of the upper vibrator casing. Four protrusions are symmetrically set on the outer cylindrical part of the cup. The vibrators' casings are made as metal shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane of their sections provide for truncated rhombuses by corrugation peaks points.
EFFECT: prevention of dead zone formation in a mixing chamber and provision for qualitative intensified mixing of components on the whole.
