FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: development method of high-viscosity and bitumen deposit includes drilling of the deposit by horizontal bores oriented in parallel to each other. At that a producer with horizontal bore is drilled between two horizontal bores of the outermost wells; moreover electrodes are inserted into horizontal bores of the two outermost wells. At the mouth electrodes are connected to high-frequency unit. Electric-centrifugal pump is run down to horizontal bore of the producer. The deposit is heated by electric current by means of electrodes installed in the two outermost electrodes - anode and cathode while heated oil from the deposit is extracted by the electric-centrifugal pump from horizontal bore of the producer. Two outermost wells are drilled at the same depth with horizontal bores equal to each other in length and directed in parallel to each other at distance of 40m between the mouths. The along the whole length of horizontal bores of these wells hydraulic fracturing is performed with longitudinal cracks and their further fixing with current-conductive material. Then the third well with horizontal bore is drilled perpendicular to bottomholes of horizontal bores in the outermost wells. At that horizontal bore of the third well does not cross horizontal bores of the outermost wells, but it is drilled within limits of cracks of hydraulic fracturing performed from horizontal bores of the outermost wells. At that to the left and to the right from the outermost wells and between them in parallel to their horizontal bores at equidistant space three producers are drilled with length equal to lengths of horizontal bores of the outermost wells. At that horizontal bores of the producers are made at 15 m lower than horizontal bores of the outermost wells. Then electrodes - cathodes and anodes - are inserted into horizontal bores of the wells. Cathodes are inserted in the outermost wells while anode is inserted to the third well. At that sucker-rod strings are used as electrodes run down to the well. At that electrodes with electric substation are connected at the mouths and producers are equipped with electric-centrifugal pumps. The deposit is heated by means of the outermost wells along the whole length of their horizontal bore and heated oil is extracted by means of electric-centrifugal pumps through horizontal bores of the producers.
EFFECT: higher heating efficiency for high-viscosity oil and bitumen deposit.
