SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of actuating a home door access system (1), which includes a door station (3), at least two apartment stations (13, 19), as well as a bus (25) which connects said stations, wherein the door station (3) comprises a control unit (8), as well as a call button (5, 6, 7) for each apartment station (13, 19), which acts as a call point for a certain apartment station (13, 19), wherein each apartment station (13, 19) comprises a control unit (14, 20) and a confirmation button (17, 23), wherein at the first step the door station (3) control unit (8) is set in actuation mode, at the second step call points are selected for all apartment stations (13, 19) simultaneously in successive order through short predefined intervals, at the third step all apartment stations (13, 19) are bypassed and, once an actually selected call point is to be associated with an actually visited apartment station (13, 19), the confirmation button (17, 23) is pressed, and at the fourth step the received association is recorded in the memory (9) of the door station (3).
