SUBSTANCE: device for decoding discrete signals comprises series-connected buffer memory unit, first correlator and unit for determining delay and amplitude of beams, series-connected unit for accumulating signals in beams, second correlator, unit for determining the cyclic time shift value and decision unit, the output of which is the output of the decoding device. The second output of the buffer memory unit is connected to the input of the unit for accumulating signals in beams, the first output of the unit for determining delay and amplitude of beams is connected to the control input of the buffer memory unit, and its second output is connected to the second input of the unit for accumulating signals in beams, the input of the disclosed device is the input of the buffer memory unit, and its output is the output of the decision unit. The decoding device does not perform accumulation (averaging) of decisions on the time shift of the information signal, generated on all beams, and does not perform quasi-coherent accumulation of signals in said beams with subsequent determination of said shift based on the result of said accumulation.

EFFECT: high probability of correct decoding of discrete signals propagating in a multibeam channel.
