SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by dividing a stream of transmitted symbols into fragments, labelling each symbol on the time position thereof within the fragment, transmitting all symbols of the same fragment simultaneously and subsequently (during reception) restoring the sequence order thereof in the fragment based on said labelling.
EFFECT: high rage of transmitting digital information.
