FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and can be used for manufacture of a mixing head of a combustion chamber of a liquid propellant engine. The method involves assembly of an injector block of the mixing head, their assembly for soldering, soldering in a high-vacuum furnace, quality control, strength and leakage tests. After soldering in the high-vacuum furnace and the performed quality control, in case non-soldered joints of some injectors with bottoms of the mixing head are detected, laser soldering of non-soldered injectors with bottoms of the mixing head is performed in order to exclude repeated soldering of injectors in the high-vacuum furnace. Soldering is performed by means of uninterrupted action on repeatedly laid solder rings of a focused laser beam and creation of local heating of each un-soldered injector at movement of a work table around an emitter, which provides flowing of the molten solder into grooves with screw cavities of mixing head bottoms. After that, repeated tests of the mixing head are performed.

EFFECT: invention provides improvement of quality and reduction of labour costs at manufacture of a mixing head.
