FIELD: rocket construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and can be used for production of mixing heads of injector type of combustion chamber (CC) of liquid-propellant engine (LPE). Unit of nozzle assembly of mixing head for soldering, high-temperature soldering in vacuum, quality control, testing for strength and tightness, and when detecting leakage (non-solder) of certain nozzles with mixing head bottoms, they are locally soldered. Said soldering is performed by electron beam under conditions of deep vacuum at fixed position of mixing head, acting on re-laid solder rings of solder around each non-soldered nozzle with refocused electron beam with circular low-frequency scanning. Local heating along the perimeter of the nozzle is created, which ensures high cleanness without oxidation of surfaces in the heating zone and density of the connection due to mixing of molten solder with a low-frequency beam and gas drawing by vacuum, as well as safety of nozzles previously soldered to the bottoms. After the next nozzle is soldered, the program control system automatically cuts off the electron beam and melts the solder. Then, another nozzle is moved to move the manipulator or deflecting system of the electron-beam gun; after repeated soldering, the mixing head is repeatedly tested.

EFFECT: invention improves quality and reduces labor intensity when making a mixing head of a liquid-propellant engine combustion chamber.
