SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering, particularly, to liquid-propellant rocket engines. Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a mixing head of a gas generator or a chamber of a liquid-propellant engine, consisting of a housing, a fire and an intermediate bottom, a plurality of nozzles located on the head in a certain order, for example, along annular circles, cavities between fire and intermediate bottoms, intermediate bottom and housing, wherein the mixing head is formed into a single unit by synthesis using additive technologies by direct supply of energy and material, wherein connection of outer surfaces of nozzles with housing, fire and intermediate bottoms is carried out along conical and/or curved, mainly radius surfaces, and during manufacture of mixing head, it is located with fire bottom upwards. Mixing head of gas generator or liquid-propellant engine chamber consists of housing, fire and intermediate bottoms, multiple nozzles arranged on head in certain order, for example, along annular circles, cavities between fire and intermediate bottoms, intermediate bottom and housing, wherein all components of the head are combined into a single part, Note here that transition from nozzles to fire bottom is performed by means of conical and/or curved, mainly, radial surfaces, while nozzles are connected to housing through power elements in the form of rods of arbitrary, mainly round, cross-section. Embodiments of the method of manufacturing the mixing head and versions of the mixing head are considered.

EFFECT: invention provides improved quality and performance in the manufacture of mixing heads of gas generators and chambers of liquid-propellant rocket boosters by extending design capabilities using direct energy and material supply (additive technologies).
