FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: butterfly valve is equipped with a drive comprising a cylindrical hollow body with a sealant and cartridges stiffly fixed on it. The body is equipped with nozzles to supply control pressure. In the body there is a hollow piston installed coaxially as symmetrical in two directions with sealants and an inner circular ledge connected with an assembled race. The latter comprises thrust bushings and a locking bushing, which are rigidly connected to each other. A disc stop element is kinematically connected to a drive by means of a stem sealed with a bellows unit. One end of the stem is hingedly fixed on the bracket of the disc stop element. The other end of the stem is equipped with a spherical tip mounted in the bushing of the additional stem of the drive. The latter is made as stepped and is installed coaxially with a drive as capable of reciprocal motion along the axis of the drive. On the additional stem there are the following components installed and fixed in series: a collet, a bushing, an orifice and a nut. Ends of collet tabs cover a fixator and are equipped with hooks and blocking ledges. The inner surface of the specified bushing has a circular ledge interacting with a spring-loaded upper stop. The lower stop contacts with the orifice and the bushing, fixed on the assembled race with a nut. The crossbeam stop is made as adjustable.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of a butterfly valve.
