FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cap has casing for jointing to vessel containing fluid and pressure button arranged on collapsible strips on casing top. Note that stepped rod with shut-off valve toothed rotary retainer and stepped bush attached to the casing are mounted under the said button. Note also that ledge to lock the button after depressing aforesaid rod is arranged on the button lower side. The rod medium pressure part is furnished with elements that serve to inhibit rod turn and are furnished with teeth directed downwards. The rod lower centering part is coupled with shut-off valve with its seat made in the stepped bush lower part. Note that stepped bush has inner vane-type supports accommodating toothed rotary retainer representing a guide bush. Note that aforesaid guide bush houses a hollow toothed rotary bush located on the rod lower part. Aforesaid toothed rotary bush is spring loaded relative to stepped bush and furnished with teeth to interact with those of the rod pressure part and thrust teeth made on guide bush inner part. The said guide bush is fitted to interact with aforesaid elements that serve to inhibit rod turn.

EFFECT: higher reliability of control and ruling out possibility to recover control element.
