FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing catalyst for reforming of gasoline fractions. Claimed method includes processing of carrier with tin compound solution, drying and calcinations, with further soaking with water solution of chloroplatinic acid, drying and calcinations. Carrier of aluminium gamma-oxide is processed with solution of oxalic acid (with concentration not lower than 30 g/l, preferably 30-60 g/l), which contains tin tetrachloride, at temperature for not less than 1 h with formation of oxychlorides, which have Sn/Cl ratio from 1/1.5 to ½.5, with carrying out further soaking with solution, which contains chloroplatinic, hydrochloric and acetic acids, being carried out after wetting carrier with water under vacuum in two stages: at 15-25°C (cold soaking) and at 70-90°C (hot soaking), with duration not less than 0.5 h each.
EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to obtain highly selective catalysts for processes of reforming of gasoline fractions.
