FIELD: catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a catalyst for reforming gasoline fractions, containing platinum, rhenium, chlorine and a carrier, wherein the catalyst comprises a surface compound of dehydrated aluminium zirconyl oxodifluoride by the general formula Al2O3[ZrOF2]x with weight stoichiometric coefficients x from 0.11 to 0.20 with an increased total acidity as a carrier, a total amount of acidic sites over 490 mcmol NH3/g, with the following content of the components, wt.%: platinum 0.1 to 0.5; chlorine 0.1 to 0.5; carrier the rest. Also proposed is a method for preparing the above catalyst for reforming gasoline fractions.
EFFECT: development of a catalyst ensuring production of a reformate with an octane number of no less than 98 IM when processing raw materials with a high content of naphthenes (35 to 50 wt.%) and a WHSV of 4 to 5 h-1, wherein the temperature of the catalyst layer is not higher than 470°C.
