FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: air steam curing device with heat recovery consisting of air intake and the air distribution devices located in the top zone of the room, and the air injection devices; it is also contains the device for dry purification of air supplied from the room by the air intake and air injection devices, connected with the air humidification and wet cleaning device, and the climatic unit for purification and heating of ambient air, and also the unit for mixing of flows of air from the humidification and wet cleaning device, and the climatic unit connected with the distribution device. Meanwhile each of nozzles of the air humidification and wet cleaning device contains the housing with the turbulence chamber the nozzle, the housing is implemented in the form of the supply union with the central hole and the cylindrical sleeve with female thread and expansion chamber, this sleeve is rigidly connected and coaxial to the named union, also coaxially to the housing, in its lower part the nozzle is threaded to the sleeve, the named nozzle is implemented in the form of the upturned barrel the bottom of which has the turbulent whirler of liquid flow is made with, at least, two inlets, inclined to the nozzle axis, in the form of cylindrical holes located in the end face surface of the nozzle with the central cylindrical throttle hole connected with the mixing chamber of the nozzle which is series connected with the diffuser output, and in the diffuser output chamber the distributor is installed which is implemented in the form of, at least, three spokes, each of which is fixed by one end on external surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to generatrixes of its surfaces, and by another end - in the rotation body surface, for example a sphere the axis of which coincides with axis of the diffuser outlet chamber, and the body of rotation itself is located in the lower part behind the cut of the diffuser output chamber.
EFFECT: increase of productivity of air steam curing systems by heat recovery on the basis of devices with counter twirled flows.
