FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nut drives. Proposed device is intended for flange joints of nuclear reactor top unit. Note here that it makes the gearshift unit integral component whereto connected are twelve bars for tightening and/or loosening of studs. Gearshift unit serves to engage and/or disengage the drive of said twelve bars. This unit is composed of two levers (1), (1') engaged with gears (12), (12') for control over control rings (9), (10). Said control rings (9), (10) are intended for control over forks (14), (15). The latter (14, 15) rest on rims of gear couplings (8), (8') sliding on shafts (7), (7') provided with bars. Gear couplings (8), (8') are locked against turn relative to shafts (7), (7') while springs (16) (16') engage them with gears (6), (6') for torque transmission from the latter to shafts (7), (7') via keys (17), (17'). Gears (6), (6') are engaged with twelve drives of gearing unit. Forks (14, 15) fitted in sliding guides (18), (18') can contract and expand springs (16), (16'), to make couplings (8), (8') engage with or disengage from gears (6), (6'). Change in position of levers (1), (1') allows turning of control ring (9), (10) to make gear couplings (8), (8') engage with gears (6), (6'), or visa versa.
EFFECT: accelerated screwing in or out of flange joints.
