FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of organic electrical technology, namely to conjugated copolymer based on carbazole, benzothiodiazole, benzene and thiphene of formula where n = 5-200. Conjugated copolymer is applied as electroluminescent material in organic light-emitting diodes, applied for creation of displays and illuminating panels.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain conjugated copolymer with maximum luminescence in range 600-630 nm, possessing improved chemical and thermal stability.
